This is a wonderful ratchet that is produced by a local NZ company called Styx Solutions Ltd. This wonderful team gifted me a lot of electric equine tape, these ratchets and other goodies so I could create a safe track system for my laminitis prone ponies. This ratchet is literally amazing. The tape is taught and stands up to strong winds. If a horse decides to run through it, the safety mechanism in the ratchet will break and avoid nasty “cheesewire” accidents. Far less expensive than vet bills
